The conference will take place in Room "Sala de Graus" at the Campus Catalunya of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, located at Av. Catalunya 35, 43002 Tarragona (Catalonia, Spain).
Tarragona is well connected by several means of transport.
By air. The nearest airport is Reus Airport (REU), about 10 km from Tarragona and roughly a 15-minute taxi ride. Alternatively, Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) is about 90 km away and offers a much wider range of international connections. From Barcelona Airport, a direct bus service runs straight to Tarragona's bus station in the city centre, with a journey time of around 1 hour 20 minutes. Travellers can also reach Barcelona Sants railway station from the airport (by train, bus, or metro L9 + L5) and continue to Tarragona from there, with both high-speed and regional trains available.
By train. Tarragona has two railway stations. Estació de Tarragona, in the city centre, is within walking distance of the campus (about 20–25 minutes on foot) and is served by regional and medium-distance trains, including connections to/from Barcelona. Camp de Tarragona, the high-speed (AVE) station, is located outside the city, about 10 km away, and is connected to the centre by a shuttle bus timed with train arrivals. High-speed AVE trains link Tarragona with Barcelona (about 30 minutes), Madrid (around 2.5 hours), and other major Spanish cities. Tickets and timetables are available on the Renfe website.
By bus. Long-distance and regional coaches arrive at Tarragona's central bus station (Estació d'Autobusos), at Plaça Imperial Tàrraco — only about a 10-minute walk from the venue along Av. Catalunya.
